Project overview: Provide a brief introduction and overview of the project, including its goals, mission, and the problem the project aims to solve.
Tokenomics: Explains the token distribution model, including details such as total supply, allocation ratios (e.g. to team, advisors, community, etc.), and token utility within the ecosystem.
IDO Start
Users can begin staking to participate in the project. The amount of U2U staked determines their corresponding Level, depending on the project's rounds and the Tiers allocated.
For example:
Level Tier 1: Minimum stake of 300 U2U
Level Tier 2: Minimum stake of 150 U2U
Level Tier 3: Minimum stake of 80 U2U
Starter: No stake or stake less than 80 U2U.
Apply Whitelist
Perform "Apply now" at "Apply Whitelist", when "IDO Whitelist" round take place, users can "Commit U2U" buy IDO tokens.
There are projects that require you to apply to the whitelist to ensure that you are serious about the project, you will be guaranteed priority when purchasing compared to those who do not apply to the whitelist.
IDO Tier X
IDO Tier "X" is the round corresponding to the number of U2U that users staked. There are limits on the amount of U2U users can commit, depending on their Tier.
Multiple rounds occur, with each Tier having a designated time to participate in the IDO and a dedicated IDO pool for that round.
During the IDO period for each Tier: GrofiDex Members will commit U2U, up to the maximum U2U configured for their Tier. At the end of each Tier's sale round, the system will calculate the exact allocation for each member, known as U2U purchase. This value will be less than or equal to the amount of U2U that the member committed.
Users can perform Commit U2U to purchase IDO tokens during the sale period of the round.
There will be a duration allowing GroFiDex Members to cancel their purchase and retrieve the previously committed U2U.. Of course, this will incur a fee, for example, an estimated 5% fee - configured per project, calculated based on the U2U purchase amount (NOT based on the committed U2U amount).
IDO Whitelist
The pool allocation is the total of the initial expected Whitelist pool plus the amount.
Allocation follows the FCFS (First Come First Serve) model, meaning users will commit U2U to purchase (up to the maximum amount configured in the contract for the Whitelist participants). At the end of the period, the system will announce the winners of the round based on the FCFS model. Non-winners can claim their committed U2U.
Winning members will be automatically allowed to purchase the full amount of U2U they committed and will have a duration to cancel their purchase and retrieve their committed U2U. The fee will be calculated based on the amount of U2U they committed.
Community
Allocates project tokens to users in a pool, following model a FCFS (First Come, First Served).
Community is a phase during the IDO of a project, where community members can participate in purchasing IDO tokens without needing to apply for whitelist or participate in specific tiers. In this phase, the main goal is to provide an opportunity for the entire community to easily and inclusively join in purchasing IDO tokens
Finished
At the end of the sale period, the system compares the total U2U raised against the Softcap.
If the raised amount meets or exceeds the Softcap, the IDO is launched. Tokens are distributed to all members, allowing them to claim 100% of the IDO tokens and any unused U2U.
If the raised amount is below the Softcap, the IDO fails. The project refunds users. Users can claim back their committed U2U and any unused U2U.
Status Project
Upcoming: This state occurs before the IDO start time.
Ongoing: This state occurs between the IDO start time and end time.
Finished: This state occurs after the IDO end time:
Displays "Ended" if the IDO was successfully launched.
Displays "Cancelled" if the IDO failed (User can claim U2U committed).
Claimable: This state occurs after the End Time:
Displays when users have U2U give back to claim( if any) and IDO token.
